OfflineI love this cheese… I mean I absolutely LOVE it!!! I get it from the Middlefield Cheese Factory, and it's amazing, smooth, creamy, melts like a dream. It's similar to Havarti but not quite… I've read that it's also a lot like butterkase, but not quite that either.
Is there anyone here who knows how to make it? Suzanne? It's so rich and smooth and wonderful…. high fat of course, but hey! mmmmmmmm……
