OfflineSure you can. We freeze our mozz whenever we have an abundance. It works best when shredded first.

Offlinethanks everyone, i just made it for the first time yesterday and it turned out great. Right now we just have so much goat milk and i don't know what to do with it, so i go through alot of mozzarella, so i was just going to keep making it and freezing it til i learn how to make a different type of cheese, thanks everyone!
