Has anyone made their own Ranch dressing or Ranch dressing mix?  If so, I'd love a recipe.  I adore Ranch dressing but I hate the enormous quantities of salt the manufacturers use.  Hissy Fit

I think it has onion, garlic, and parsley, and is mixed with mayo and/or sour cream, but a more finely tuned recipe would be most appreciated.

Thanks, all

Buttermilk?  but then it wouldn't keep very well… hmmmm.

If tomatoes are a fruit, then isn’t ketchup technically a

smoothie?

Gaaah!  Buttermilk, not sour cream!  Thanks, Ms. Buckeye. And thank you, too, Ms. Cindy.  I did a search but came up flat.  You sound like you could find something.

It was actually in my Inside Secret cookbook that someone had emailed me quite a while ago.  I can't upload a pdf here, so can only resort back to it when needed!

The Buttemilk Dressing recipe is one of those "authentic" from a Texas rancher kinda things…
