OfflineSuzanne, I know that you are busy (understatement, I know), and your cow isn't currently milking, but have you tried to make a jarlsberg cheese yet? It sounds so tasty from the decriptions that I have read. I also read on one site that you cannot make it at home. Yeah, right. Bah, humbug. I keep surprising others when I say I make cheese at home, and so does my dh. lol It is so fun to shock others with that. They REALLY don't know what they are missing out on until they taste it for themselves.
