I know, it's really opened my eyes too.  I never had a clue all that could be done with left over coffee!

When I have left over coffee I make Coffee bars. A recipe I have posted here on CITR sometime ago. Very simple recipe to make and very tasty, I might add.

I save it in a bottle in the fridge.  When my granddaughter gets thirsty for her "Frappachino,"  I throw some coffee, milk, chocolate syrup, peppermint extract, sweetener, vanilla, Cool Whip, and ice in the blender and blend it up into a
"Grammychino."  She loves them!  happy-flower

ok, hopefully this doesn't offend anyone….but leftover coffee is good for coffee enemas.  They caffeine is energizing, and they offer a host of other benefits to the cleanse.

I've heard this too, from the Gerson Theory. Seems to have some merit.

eatingI use coffee, inplace of the water to cook my morning oatmeal.  I've also put leftover coffee into beaten raw eggs for dippin my pork chops in before rolling them in a breading mix.  And, add vanilla to that for french toast.  You really have to be a coffee lover!

On a recent thread about cleaning laminate floors, someone suggested using leftover coffee to clean the floors. Can't find the thread right now. At least it would make them smell good!

Make Black Magic Cake with Mocha Frosting.  You'll find the recipes over at Farm Bell Recipes.  Delicious!

What a great idea! I'm thinking into ice cube trays and keep frozen until I need them!  Not that I ever have much coffee left over, but when I make Frapps I always have to use fresh made coffee and it takes so long to get it cold enough (without adding ice and have a watered down taste).

Love "Grammychino" sun
