Hello, everyone. This is my first post on this forum. My daughter asked for white cake with "fluffy, creamy, chocolate frosting" for her 10th birthday this week. I've got Suzanne's white cake recipe from the blog, but I need the perfect frosting to go with it! I figured this was the place to find one. Anyone? Please?

I make basic butter cream frosting. 

1 stick of softened butter,

1 box powedered sugar

1/3 c of cocoa (be really bad and use Herseys Dark Cocoa! YUM)

Milk as needed, start out with 1/2 cup.  I don't really measure this.  (Maybe someone has better directions?)  I just beat it up and add a little more milk or powdered sugar as needed.  I sometimes add vanilla, too.

You want a fluffy, creamy chocolate frosting…I will be posting a to-die-for cake and frosting recipe in a little bit over in the Just Recipes forum. Canadians will especially be happy about this idea. Look for Copycat McCain Cake. See you there!
