I like baking bread using this dough!

I use my big cast iron dutch oven to bake it in.

I also make some of the best dinner rolls using this dough when it is about 3 days old in the fridge.  It can be a messy dough so it is important to sprinkle flour on the top of the dough in a bowl before reaching in and grabbing a hand full.

I bought the book that started this craze and use it all the time too!

No need to run!!  Come back here and lets make some bread!!!  LOL
