I have a few gallon size bags of tomatoes in the freezer.  I was thinking of making pizza sauce with them.  Would I be able to freeze the sauce once cooked and completely cooled?  Seems like I've heard this is OK, but just want to be sure.  Thanks.

Yep, it's fine to do that after you cook it.  If you were to refreeze it without cooking, they would tend to lose color and quality, but after preparing as sauce they should be fine.
