So glad these are back on the shelves … I love having them in season. I use the seeds on top of salads and I love just eating the seeds as they are.

Me too! I cut into the first of the season yesterday…my daughter yelling from the den,"Watch out for your shirt!"

It's like eating little gemstones, or ruby teeth, or shiny koolaid corn kernals…those seeds are fun but I love the flavor of the juice. Sorta like honeysuckle….you hardly get enough to make it worthwhile but you just can't stop eating!

We were wondering what they would go well with….. Salads for sure, but what else? Ice cream? Pork? Waffles?
