I just posted this in the canning forum:

Hey everyone, just wanted to give y'all a heads up, these coupons will be available starting Sunday 6/12 either through the Sunday paper &/or available to print from SmartSource website here. (You can always subscribe with your email address to get advance notice of coupons coming out!)

Ball realfruit pectin flex batch Save $1/1 (exp 8/31)
Ball or Kerr jars, any case Save $0.75/1 (exp 8/31)

If you've never printed coupons before, the site will install a coupon printer on your computer.  This is not spyware/malware.  It's for too reasons. 1. Too insure your printer accurately prints those bar codes so your coupons will scan.  2. To keep dishonest people from printing hundreds of coupons to sell on ebay.

Each manufacturer sets their own limit so the amount of coupons you can print will vary.  Generally they allow print 2-3 prints of the same coupon, sometimes only 1. But you can print coupons from all the computers in your house so you can still get multiples. You can save money on printing the coupons by only printing in black & white.  Also, you can experiment with printing one in draft quality and see if it scans.  Some printers will print dark enough in draft mode for it to scan.  If so, this uses less ink to print. Also, when you go to select coupons to print, select all your coupons, then hit print.  Otherwise you end up with only one coupon per sheet of paper which wastes paper.  Selecting all that you want and then printing will print 3 coupons per sheet of paper (& you can use the backs of scrap paper–it doesn't compromise the coupons ability to scan and no one else cares!)

(I don't know if coupons run in Sunday papers outside the US, sorry!)

Oh, and I also meant to add, if you visit the coupon printing site now, there's a coupon for $1.00 off one of the new Pyrex measure-from-inside cups! I LOVE those type measuring cups and have been wanting to get my hands on one.

Went to the website today. I found the pectin and the measuring cup, also a coupon for olive oil, always good. But I cannot find the canning jar coupons. I put in my zip code, do I need to do something else?  I'd like to find the Lysol stuff, sour cream and Chex Mix, too.

I could only find the measuring cup. It must be something with our zip codes. It didn't bring up much of anything but advertisements for mine. Oh well! Thanks anyway.

There were real actual coupons in the Sunday paper for canning jars. Yay! I think only for the canning jars but that is what I really, really wanted. Plus hubby bought the "big city" paper plus our little local Sunday paper so I got two coupons.

Now we are trying to think of a store nearby that carries canning jars and doubles coupons.sun2
