Hey Sheila, I've never made the chicken helper Fettuccine Alfredo, but I do make alfredo sauce using a mix that is on FBR. (Except in my recipe white pepper is specified, not italian seasoning as the soup recipe here on FBR calls for.)
Here's the link to the soup mix recipe.
Here's how I use that soup recipe to make Alfredo sauce:
1/3 cup soup mix
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
fresh cracked pepper to taste
Mix all together and cook until thickened.
Then, to make chicken fettucccine alfredo, just add cooked chicken and the pasta.
