I don't often have ricotta, but tried a meatloaf using it. Pretty good but I have almost a whole tub left. I would like to make a savory thing with it. Got a bread recipe and a calzone recipe that looks good but was hoping someone had a tnt recipe you wouldn't mind sharing.

Thank you for the link, I didn't see it. I sorta got the cart before the horse cause right after I posted I went to FBR and found Suzanne's recipe for "meat rolls" YIKES 
that's the one!!! Can't wait to try it.
