Hello Joyce I have posted my (Dad's) recipe for top hat Yorkies on FB recipes. He just uses his eye but I measure out. Some how Dad's YPs always rise but when Mum tries they always end up sad! I have posted in imperial measure so it should work for you. Or you could be like Dad and start with the eggs and milk and just add the flour until the right consistency is achieved. Always use all purpose flour not self raising. Its years since I have had a good treacle tart.. Mum made hers with ground rice and golden syrup. MMmm

Delbee, Thanks for posting the Yorkshire Pud recipe. At our house the treacle tart was made with Lyons Golden Syrup and Corn Flakes but I don't remember what else.

Thanks for posting your recipe Delbee. I am heading over there right now and copying it to my recipe box. That will be on the meal plan sometime this week.

My husband really loves Tuna Patties, but the kids and I are burnt out on them pretty bad, so I think I'm going to try this recipe I just found for tuna burgers with wasabi mayo and mango slices. I love tuna and wasabi, and I think the sweetness of mango will be nice with it. I'm sure hubs will eat his with ketchup. He doesn't like "weird" flavors. LOL!
I'm pretty excited about that Yorkshire Pudding recipe, Delbee! Thanks for posting it.

Elk fajitas with an orange and those 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies! Elk from my stash of canned elk last summer!
That Pineapple Cake sounds great!

Mmmmmm… pineapple cake! You guys are doing bad things to my diet. LOL!
I didn't get to make the tuna burgers yesterday, so I think I'm going to have those today. Maybe. It's always hard to tell at my house.
I also have a big pork loin that I need to do something with this week. I usually roast with rosemary, cracked pepper, and sea salt… pretty basic, but delish! I'm kind of bored with that, though… what else could I do with it? (Bonus points if it involves a crockpot… since roasting anything for 3 hours on a school night just ain't happening.)

Mamalama, You can do a roast in a crockpot. I do it all the time. It will not brown like in an oven, but will come out TENDER. You can brown it first, then put it in the crockpot. Just add a tiny bit of water and you are done. Another idea would be to add some bar-b-que sauce to coat the roast and the bottom of the crock. Cook for a long time and you have pulled pork for sandwiches. I usually doctor the sauce up with minced onion, or garlic or maybe even some hot peppers. It's a no fail method. I have done bonesless turkey breast, pork roast and beef roasts in the crock pot. The turkey is especially good because is does not dry up. Great for sandwiches or casseroles later. Also good in the summer when you want a roast but don't want to heat up the whole oven.

Pork cut into one inch cubes and hammered flat to about a quarter inch thick dredge in flour and seasonings quick fry in just a little fat serve with veggies. Make a gravy with the pandrippings and serve with rice. Use curry for the seasoning and have a curry dish with some chutney. 30 minutes start to "dinner's ready".

Tonight–Grilled chicken, real mashed potatoes and peas! Right now, I'm making that cake that just takes a can of pumpkin and the cake mix. A little lower fat?

I made roast beef hash with a poached egg on top. We had some leftover roast beef that was ok, but far from great, so I figured this was a way to save it. The roast was pretty good the first time, but I was just not in the mood for ordinary beef, gravy and potatoes etc. This was a yummy alternative.
I don't ever make actual Wiener Schnitzel Miss HED thanks to the cost of veal, but I make pork cutlets the same way, and sometimes chicken, depending on what the freezer has in it at the time. Yuuuuuu-uuum! Your dinner sounds great! Maybe I need to defrost some boneless pork chops and get out the kitchen hammer!

If tomatoes are a fruit, then isn’t ketchup technically a

Boneless turkey breast can be a reasonable substitute for veal. Not wonderful but if you don't over cook it not at all bad. I guess if you over cook any meat it diminishes it greatly.
