Ten pounds of chicken leg quarters are on sale this week for sixty cents per pound. I have five very good recipes for chicken sausage. I stuffed some peppers with chicken curry sausage. Take a look.

Ross,

Is your chicken sausage recipe posted at FBR?  If not, when do you think it will be?  Hint, hint!

This is another site where good recipes can be found. These people are far better sausage makers than I.

happy-flowerPut a chicken in the crock pot this morning with a carton of stock and some spices–the house smells so good on this gray, wet and cold day–going to make some noodles and mashed potatoes and open a jar of fried apples and bake some biscuits.

Janice Burgers carried home by the SO from a lunch they had at his job. Local restaurant's sandwich – crumble a cooked burger into a hotdog bun, top with Oliverio peppers in tomato sauce, top peppers with american cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Yum! Love TGIF no cook options LOL.

Leftover salad-in-a-jar packed last Sunday (still no signs of age!) with crock-pot chicken.  YUMMO!
