I have about five pounds of fermented and dried sausage, Salami type, That didn't turn out as it was supposed to. It is edible but not pleasing to our taste. Do you suppose that I could regrind it and use it for flavor and fat in a whole grain mix for dog biscuits?

I don't see why not, as long as it's edible. Dogs will eat most anything! Try a little piece to see if they like it.
