Mondays we usually go to a local cattle sale, so on Tuesdays we work cattle.  I say we, mostly it's the guys.  My job used to be branding, and very occasionally I still do that, but now the boys go with dad and they do my work.  I'm free to run back and forth doing errands for them.

Anyhow, today we work cattle, and after I go get some supplies for them I'm running to Walmart to buy some razor blades so that I can clean the mountain oysters we'll be having for supper tonight.

We love fresh oysters, and tonight we have company for dinner.  Our pastors are here deer hunting, and they are a tad squeamish about mountain oysters, but they try to eat them anyway.

I'll eat so many while I'm cooking them I won't be hungry when it's time to eat.

I come from Wyoming so I am very familiar with Rocky Mountain Oysters, but will keep an eye on this topic for the "cuisine explanation" that is sure to follow!Laugh
