Goat’s Milk FudgeIrresistibly Delicious
Fudge from Sassafras Farm is made with the fresh creamy goodness of goat’s milk from our own herd and hand-crafted by small batch in a health-department approved kitchen. In addition to goat’s milk, our fudge is made the old-fashioned way with sugar, butter, and chocolate, caramel, peanut butter, vanilla, and/or other ingredients varying by type of fudge. Find available fudges below along with ordering details. Each order is for 1 1/4 pounds (20 ounces) of smooth, creamy, mouthwatering delight. Your fudge will come to you in an uncut slab so that you can divide it into small and large pieces as you like. Fudge is made fresh to order, so please allow one to two days after payment is received for your order to be created just for you.

The Slanted Little House

"It was a cold wintry day when I brought my children to live in rural West Virginia. The farmhouse was one hundred years old, there was already snow on the ground, and the heat was sparse-—as was the insulation. The floors weren’t even, either. My then-twelve-year-old son walked in the door and said, “You’ve brought us to this slanted little house to die." Keep reading our story....
