I’m so into making jams right now. Strawberry, Peach, and Blackberry so far. Uses less sugar and I can whip up a batch in less than 20 minutes. Stores in the fridge but it doesn’t last very long. It is my husband’s and grand daughter’s favorite. BBB

I am also totally addicted to making jellies since I got my steam juicer…so far I have
Cherry, strawberry, peach, blackberry, plum and pineapple. My apples will be ripe in a few weeks and I have a friend who grows grapes…jelly! jelly! jelly!

My fist memory of canning was my Mom and Dad put up spaghetti sauce every summer (wonderful sauce)! They stopped canning when I was in my teens, after I got married I have taken up this skill, I love canning and sharing the canned goods with friends and family! Happy canning! BBB
