I LOVE that jar! My dad bought a piece of property several months ago with an old house trailer on it. The people had left YEARS of accumulation in it including numerous old canning jars. BBB!!! Just sold FORTY cases of assorted quart-size canning jars!!! My father-in-law brought them up to us after my Mother-in-law passed away two years ago. There were at least EIGHTY cases to start with, but we’ve used several, kept a few and also gave many away!!! Now if I just had a BBB I’d REALLY be doing GOOD!!! 😉

I love old jars like this as well. My mom used to use these when our fire department had their annual chili sale. She would bring several jars to be filled..the smell of that chili was amazing…seeing the jar nrings back so many happy memories. I just had to share this . . . I’m so excited! When we moved here to our little farm house, the cellar was packed with canning jars, already on the shelf! I found a 1/2 gal Atlas today!!!
