A most excellent holiday canned gift–Orange Marmalade. I’m in love with this stuff, and everyone I give it to raves about it, too. It’s hard to keep on the pantry shelf. But not hard to make! It takes some time, but it’s worth it.
Find the recipe for Orange Marmalade on my blog here and also at Farm Bell Recipes.
It’s a Ball Blue Book Project day! Today’s Ball Blue Book is sponsored by Phyllis Curtis Ryan.

"It was a cold wintry day when I brought my children to live in rural West Virginia. The farmhouse was one hundred years old, there was already snow on the ground, and the heat was sparse-—as was the insulation. The floors weren’t even, either. My then-twelve-year-old son walked in the door and said, “You’ve brought us to this slanted little house to die." Keep reading our story....

After I read so much about canning and homemade canned gifts, I would like to try it myself. A great start would be the BBB!
