Booksigning-palooza!

Jul
12

Wednesday night at RWA! The big, huge, giant booksigning!!! I was there, and if you couldn’t be, I’ll take you with me on a virtual tour of the event!

The signing began at 5:30 pm and cameras from local TV stations were onhand to record the rush through the doors.

Crowds of readers poured in…

…like uber-reader Alyssa, who came hundreds of miles to attend the event with her push cart ready to fill with books by big name authors such as…..

…..Anne Stuart!

Suzanne Brockmann!

Jill Shalvis (with me on the left)!

The Nora!!!!!

Rachel Gibson!

Shanna Swendson!

Jayne Ann Krentz!

Kristin Hannah!

Jo Beverley!

Linda Lael Miller!

Teresa Medeiros!

Tara Janzen!

Julia Quinn!

And more, more, more, so many more. What fun! :shimmy:

Hey Suzanne. Looks like you and all the other authors are doing great!!! I hope your having plenty of fun. I wanted to ask, do a lot of the authors come to the Romantic Times Booklovers Convention you said is coming to Pittsburgh next year? Keep sending those pics. Can’t wait to read what all is happening. :typing:

Wonderful pictures! I particularly like the one of you and Jill. Tara doesn’t look anything like on her web site. :cattail:

Thanks for blogging when you could have just kept us in the dark.

What fantastic pictures! You and the other authors seem to “glow.” Thanks for sharing.

I remember being blown away the moment I walked into a literacy signing – so many people! It was awesome to meet some of my favorite authors (one being Kristin Hannah, above).

    Have fun! :shimmy:

I wish Toronto would host one of these, as I’m only a few hours away. Or maybe they do and I just don’t realize it?

The Slanted Little House

"It was a cold wintry day when I brought my children to live in rural West Virginia. The farmhouse was one hundred years old, there was already snow on the ground, and the heat was sparse-—as was the insulation. The floors weren’t even, either. My then-twelve-year-old son walked in the door and said, “You’ve brought us to this slanted little house to die." Keep reading our story....
