Does she look like she’s ready to calm down any minute now?
I got a new contract for two more Silhouette Romantic Suspenses!
Found out on Friday. Went to pick up 14 from football practice.
Me: “I sold two more books.”
14: “Okay.”
Me: “It’s a big deal. I’m excited.”
14: “You’ve sold a lot of books.”
Me: “I’m famous!”
14: “How come we’re not rich if you’re famous?”
Me: “Don’t get picky.”
