…..I have a contract for a new series!:hyper:
What’s it about? Here’s the overview of my new “Haven” series for Silhouette Intimate Moments:
Something supernatural this way comes………
Twin Peaks meets Eerie, Indiana when an earthquake triggers positive ions and a wave of paranormal activity in one tiny West Virginia mountain town.
Immediately following the quake, Jud Meyer, the town drunk, called a psychic detective after he was surrounded by a red cloud…..but then, Jud was always imagining things in his drunken stupor. Patty Rainer’s teenage daughter Jenny was out parking at the cemetery with her boyfriend Jason and saw a hand reach out from a grave, only she never told anyone but Jason because she was strictly forbidden to ever see him again. Darby Cooper called the state capitol demanding an investigation into possible extraterrestrial activity after his four-year-old boy disappeared then was found by the roadside, scratched and confused, describing strange beings. Countless calls to State Troopers and fire officials flooded the system for days from residents who reported bursts of horizontal light and smoke, attracting national media attention. Then life calmed down…..on the surface. But anything can happen in Haven these days….and quite often does.
Romantic, emotional, chilling, and otherworldly….
Welcome to Haven, WV.
In the first book in the series, Keely Schiffer finds herself trapped in the cellar of her demolished farmhouse when the earthquake hits Haven. Even worse, she’s trapped with the mysterious stranger who’d knocked on her door moments before disaster struck. Add in the skull that appeared in her rose bed earlier that day and a shocking gift from the grave from her dead husband, and secrets aren’t the only thing she has to worry about. Someone wants her dead.
Does that sound fun OR WHAT?!:bananadance:
Okay, tell me what you think about my new series, and a random comment number will be chosen to win a PAX mug!!!

I can hardly wait until the first book comes out. I certainly need the shivers right now because it’s way too hot and will be for the foreseeable future.

I like the new series idea. I am really in the paranormal right now. The last few books have been along these lines. I also would like to see another PAX League hero. I know it was supposed to be a 3 book deal, but I sure have enjoyed them. BTW, congrats on the book deal. I also have news today. As you know, I have 4 grandsons. Well today, my son and his wife gifted me with my first granddaughter:bananadance: She is named Kali Glenn and weighed 9lb 8 oz and is 22 in. long. She is beautiful. (No predjudice here). I am so excited I can’t sleep cause I also have the 4 boys here for a week. How lucky can I be!!!!
