Cutting the Cheese

Posted By Suzanne McMinn On February 22, 2010 @ 12:32 pm In Cheesemaking,The Farmhouse Table | 105 Comments

Behold! The cheese….

….has indeed….

….been cut!

And it was quite tasty! Cuts in nice, cracker-size slices or in wedges. Can also be shredded or flaked for various recipes. (The wax peels away very easily.) Tastes…..oddly like CHEDDAR. In other words, it came out perfect!

I’m quite pleased with myself.
