I’ve never met a seafood menu I didn’t love, but I have been around just enough really great fresh seafood in my life to be a little spoiled and disinclined to order it out much unless I am someplace like Charleston, South Carolina, where I know it’s going to be fresh and fantastic–and then I have to eat it non-stop. We’ve been out eating seafood every night. I’ve been through my top three favorites list. I need mahi mahi now. And grilled telapia. And crab legs. And–
