I woke up at 6:30 this morning. The clock said so. I had my alarm set and everything. Plenty of time to get my oldest up for the high school bus arriving at 7:10. In fact, all the clocks in the house said 6:30. All was right with the world…….
Till I turned my computer on.
The computer time said it was 7:30………….. ::panic:: Telephoned cousins next door. “What time is it?”
“7:30.”
::PANIC:: “I fixed the clocks. I KNOW I FIXED THE CLOCKS ON SUNDAY.” After all, the clocks were right yesterday……..
My little angel: “April Fool’s!!!!”
::thunk::
Jill says:
Hey it could have been worse, she could have switched them the other way and then you’d have had the kids standing out there waiting for the bus an hour early– wait. That might have been a nice revenge. Oh well, next year.

Hmm, I should have thought of doing something like that: postponing April Fool’s Day for 4 days and pulling a trick like that. It really wouldn’t have mattered on a Saturday.:rolleyes:
So how *did* the kids get to school?:?:
(Sigh) What a lovely picture. She’s so cute there.

The two younger ones (including the prankster!) made their bus on time but my high schooler had to hitch a ride with my cousin!
