As God Is My Witness

–I will never be without milk again! I’m getting ahold of this gorgeous, ornery calf TODAY.

I shall report back. If I survive.

P.S. Can I just add that she is the most beautiful creature I’ve ever seen in my life? And she’s stealing all my milk. But still– How beautiful is she????

  1. lizzie says:

I want those eyelashes!!!! You sound like Scarlett O’Hara! so I know that you won’t go with out milk ever again! :woof:

  2. Barbee says:

Yes! And to think… it is all natural beauty. Still: I hear my mother saying: Pretty is, as pretty does.

  3. Richelle says:

You’d better be prepared that she’s going to pull all the tricks known to calfkind on you… You see, from HER point of view, you’re trying to steal HER milk :hissyfit:

  4. LeAnn says:

She does have the sweeeetest face…

  5. Claudia says:

She is a beauty and so photogenic…. I bet she could be a cookie lover too!

  6. Sheila Z says:

Beautiful and growing like a weed. Get her under control before she rules the farm.

  7. Kelly says:

OMG! What a gorgeous little girl. I am going to have to paint her to add to the Farm Animal series. She’s fabulous!!!

  8. judydee says:

I frequently tell the parents of my patients—“What’s cute when they are 2, is not cute when they are 12.” You’re smart to gain control when she’s young. I’ll be praying–and checking back. Just think, after she’s haltered it’ll be much easier to pet her!!

  9. Johanna says:

Imagine how much fun you can have with her once you get a halter on her! You can teach her to be led around! You can take her on walks to see the other animals! Take her for a ride in the truck! She can have different dress-up halters, with rhinestones and fake flowers and all kinds of lovely things. She’s going to love being a girly calf and playing dress-up!

Good luck. Today is the start of big things.

  10. jackie c. says:

 She will be even cuter in a lovely halter. Good luck, shall we punch in 911 now?

  11. CATRAY44 says:

If you “bejewel” the halter, Clover may want one, too!

  12. cricketjett says:

How could Glory Bee be anything but beautiful? She does belong to BP. You are going to have the time of your life today. This may make the video of the year. You are running the camera, right?? Glory Bee will be batting those beautiful eyelashes at you. You do have the football squad on standby? Just checking.

  13. corinne says:

Don’t fall for it! The soft, sweet face and the big ‘doe-eyes’ are just a ploy, she’s going to lure you in and then make her moooove!
But…..awwwwwwww, look how cute she is. I just want to hug her and pet her and……..oh, no, it’s working on me too!

  14. texwisgirl says:

Just perfection on 4 split hooves… 🙂 Good luck and be safe (all of you!)

  15. Diane Gordon says:

    Ahem….WHO’S milk????

  16. BuckeyeGirl says:

She is absolutely beautiful!!! Thing is, I just went back and looked at all the pictures of her here, (and there are many! :cowsleep: ) I must say, there’s a particularly mulish look in her eye that any mother can identify. It’s perfectly obvious to see in her eyes that she’s downright determined to foil your plans and keep all of her mama’s milk for herself.

What she’s saying is, “No cheese for YOU woman!”

  17. Amy says:

Looking forward to pics, & yes, she’s absolutely beautiful! She could be a star. Heck she’s already got a fan club.

  18. marymac says:

She is beautiful enough to be using her for my desktop picture!!

  19. Angela P says:

Yes! She is absoluteky adorable. What will become of Miss Glory Bee? Will she become a future milker too???

  20. ulli says:

    Unbelievably beautiful!

  21. KentuckyFarmGirl says:

She is one of the most beautiful little ladies I have ever seen! Good luck today!

  22. Jane says:

The fact that she’s drinking all the milk must make it frustrating when you’re trying to do a series of cheesemaking posts! I can only assume she must need it as she is a growing girl and obviously isn’t fat.
Good luck today.. may the force be with you;)

  23. Jane says:

Oh, I forgot to say.. I love her little ‘sneer’ in the 2nd photo. She’s too cute!

  24. joycee says:

she’s dangerously beautiful, get-away-with-murder beautiful, fuhgetaboutit beautiful!

  25. Gen-IL Homesteader says:

    Those eyelashes are gorgeous!!!

  26. Helen says:

She really is exquisite, isn’t she? She deserves a calendar all her own.

  27. Nancy says:

I can see the post later…a picture with Glory Bee, back side facing you, that sneer on her little cow lips, halter-less, caption reads “frankly Suzanne, I don’t give a damn!” :moo:

  28. Casey says:

As soon as I saw her picture I thought to myself how beautiful she is!! I don’t think I have even seen a prettier cow. Uh… not that I have seen a lot of cows in my life, but you get the point. 😀

  29. Lisa P in California says:

A little clarification is in order…Aren’t you stealing HER milk?

  30. Quietstorm says:

those eyes! those ears! the Nose!…. omg is she cute!!!!

  31. Ramona says:

    Amazing creature. I luv her.
