Baby Love

I must enjoy these first few newborn days. Soon, the calf will want NOTHING to do with me!

All is well with mama and baby. It was a nice, relatively warm day here today. I took the day off and enjoyed it! And enjoyed the baby. All the details, more pics, sex, and name tomorrow! (Been thinking about the name ALL day!)

What breed was the bull? It’s a pretty calf and I’m guessing it’s a little heifer.

Oh my, Suzanne! I would have done the very same thing with taking the day off and enjoying that cute baby! I’m thinkin’ it’s a boy, kinda looks like one for some reason. So glad all went well and can’t wait to read more tomorrow! :snoopy:

must be a heifer otherwise you would not have to think of her name. you’d just call him hamburger!
