Baby Love

I must enjoy these first few newborn days. Soon, the calf will want NOTHING to do with me!

All is well with mama and baby. It was a nice, relatively warm day here today. I took the day off and enjoyed it! And enjoyed the baby. All the details, more pics, sex, and name tomorrow! (Been thinking about the name ALL day!)

  1. Sheila Z says:

What breed was the bull? It’s a pretty calf and I’m guessing it’s a little heifer.

  2. yvonnem says:

Oh my, Suzanne! I would have done the very same thing with taking the day off and enjoying that cute baby! I’m thinkin’ it’s a boy, kinda looks like one for some reason. So glad all went well and can’t wait to read more tomorrow! :snoopy:

Oh yes, we’re all remembering GB and the ‘bad baby days’=(Soon, the calf will want NOTHING to do with me!). So tomorrow we should see the new halter on that youngin’!!!LOL

  4. Justquilting says:

Just happy to hear they’re both healthy!

  5. bbkrehmeyer says:

must be a heifer otherwise you would not have to think of her name. you’d just call him hamburger!

  6. Cheryl LeMay says:

    That is just precious!

  7. pugwaggin says:

Congratulations on your new addition! She is lovely.

  8. Barbee says:

Got that halter on it yet? Will GB’s old one fit.

  9. Leah says:

Awe, the calf is so sweet. I’m glad GB is fine too. I’m looking forward to more baby stories. :cowsleep:
