Killer has been napping almost constantly up on this shelf where that hen was laying an egg every day. She’s quite frustrated, but the cat is happy!

Well what a clever idea to enlist the aid of your cat to re-train the hen to find another spot to lay her egg. (Though having a fresh egg delivered to my back door doesn’t sound bad to me….if only you could potty train the hen. Hen diapers anyone?)

I have one cat that rightfully believes she is the QUEEN, and is not particularly comfortable with any of the other cats of lesser station. She goes to great lengths to find the perfect spot to groom and snooze in peace. Inevitably, one of the minions steals her place, and she will never return to it. The only spot she has that hasn’t been stolen is in the closet, at the top, in the back, and no one else is clever or athletic enough to find it. So this may be only temporary, and the cat will will move on to steal the hens’s next perfect spot!

Apparently a very popular spot! Wonder who/what will be there next?
