This would never have occurred to me if not for a comment here suggesting to give the tree to the goats. And so I did. And wow, do they love it. Look, even Glory Bee is in there!
Thank you, Sharon! (And the goats and donkeys and Glory Bee thank you, too!)

Happy to see Morgan fixed the internet problem…as for shorts and snow, I don’t own shorts but I would wear them in the snow along with my Klogs and no socks. I don’t even own a coat. I have my own insulation 😀

Our goats love to eat trees too, but me careful with the pregnant does eating much of it. Our vet warned us about the possibility of “pine needle abortion” occurring ruminants. 🙁

So glad your goats got this treat! My daughters pygmy’s have “trimmed” our live evergreens up to goat height.
I miss them right next to the house, but when they started nibbling on the house trim, my husband fenced in 3-4 acres behind the back yard for them. I can see them going in and out of there “condo”. But they are out of sight enjoying the room too often for my liking.

Our herd keeps anything soft and green trimmed to reaching height in their pasture. I occasionally go out on my boss’ land and cut privet bushes and other assorted ‘treats’ for them – especially in the winter. They love it!

Yes my beef cattle love most any green needled trees. We give them fir branches that fall off in the bad weather.
I lvoe to see the critters getting along so well.
I think you have a perfect place for GB since she has company and you have access to getting her a BP together without problems. Yeah for Suzanne.
