I love watching Annabelle’s baby “graze” with her. She has no idea why mommy is constantly hovering over the grass. She doesn’t eat the grass–she just noses at it, imitating mommy. If mommy’s doing it, it must be awesome!
(Don’t you miss when your kids were little and they felt that way about everything you did?!)

What an adorable picture, and yes I do, but those days are long gone.

What an adorable photo! And yes, when our kids were little, they thought everything we did was “cool”. Ahh, how time changes things.
Thanks for sharing this sweet picture!

Yeah, I have a picture in my mind of a little one following mama with that fake little vacuum cleaner, or a safe distance away from pop with the plastic lawnmower in the backyard. I LOVE the bubble machine ones! First time I saw that I nearly fell out laughing! Sweet. Let us know if BabyBelle starts leaving a trail of soap bubbles.

Aww, how sweet. I can practically HEAR the tranquility. When my kids were little ones, I had one who’d sweep and vacuum with me, one who’d mow the grass with me (rows and rows away, of course!) and one who’d cook and do dishes with me. And they ALL clung to my skirt. *Sigh* I long for those days sometimes….

That is so cute! My daughter still follows me around. I am happy to be reminded that I will look on these days and remember them fondly because sometimes I wish she was older and not clinging to my leg every moment. But then again she is getting more independent and will leave to go do her thing (still in the house) and I miss her like crazy!

Suzanne, another spectacular picture! This one is a keeper for sure.
Do you just sit around waiting for the moments to happen or do you carry the camera with you everywhere?
Each one is better than the one before.

I have my camera with me, over my shoulder, a lot of the time. Other times, it’s just close enough in the house that I can run back and grab it!

She is so precious, it seems like just yeasterday Annabelle was just a puppy herself living on the porch, and now she is a mommy.

Great picture. You always seem to catch the perfect moments. My daughter is 6 and still follows me everywhere but instead of admiring all I do she gives me that “what on earth are you doing” look, flips her hair and rolls her eyes. Yes she is 6 going on 16.
