This horse shelter and hay feeder was built last winter. It wasn’t good painting weather at the time, and then it never did get painted. For months. We have had a very rainy spring and summer here. Ross has wanted to paint it when he’s been home before, but it just kept raining.
But this past weekend, we finally had a break in the weather and he got right out there and painted it! Paint makes a huge difference. It looked like a shack. Now it looks like an intentional outbuilding matching the barn and other buildings on the farm. And I think I just need Ross to move in…..
Finally Finished

It’s been a bad summer to try and get things like that done. And its not like other things don’t HAVE to get done when it drys up a little and then I am finally going to get to stuff I want to get done and it rains again. Its been a good summer to have projects going on inside too. I bet it feels good to have that done! Nice job Ross:)
