I got to play with my new tractor skills a few days ago. There were two big satellite dishes in the yard that are not being used. I wanted them outta here. They are a pain to mow around, and an eyesore. And unnecessary. So I drove the tractor up there and my hired men attached a chain to each satellite dish and one at a time, I pulled them down by backing the tractor with the chain attached.
Then they were carted off with the bucket to my junk pile. I did it!

We all knew you could do it. You have the fun part. I’m the one on the ground attaching the chain, and my husband is on the tractor. Before long you will be doing all kinds of work with that tractor. Good for you. 8)

I hope you feel duly proud of yourself. Overcoming a phobia is no small accomplishment.
If you google “repurposed satellite dish” you may find inspiration. People have used them for everything from bird baths to fire pits to road-signs to objets d’art.
