Good Try

It’s the end of February and we’ve got more cold weather coming for the rest of this week and the start of March, but spring is trying. Daffodils are up! They may or may not be doomed.

We’re just glad to see them.

  1. FujiQ says:

They’ll probably be okay. Mine aren’t up quite as much as yours but they’re about 3 inches tall with several blooms. Impatient, aren’t they!?

  2. beforethedawn says:

We’re knee deep in snow. I’m pushing for spring to come early too!

  3. Jen says:

My daffys are blooming in the snow right now – they’ll make it, they’ve endured the snow before & just keep pushing on through.

  4. SanAntonioSue says:

    God’s promise of Spring to come…..sooner or later…….lovely <3……

  5. Auntie Linda says:

I’m envious! Our daffs are buried under a foot of snow…with more to come. I can’t WAIT for Spring!

  6. California Paintbrush says:

God bless all of you in the horrible weather a lot of our country has been experiencing. Spring will come. :happyflower:

  7. Flatlander says:

I planted some in a pot on my coffee table, still facing more then 2 ft snow.
Might take a while before we see spring flowers here

  8. CindyP says:

The snowbanks are taller than my car. You can’t tell where the deck ends in the backyard, it’s an even layer of snow. I couldn’t tell if there was possibly anything green out there or not! But thank you for the post of green 🙂
