With the latest weather, and even the calendar telling me it’s about to be real winter, I got the cows and horses in this weekend and on the hay. See ya in March, pasture.

Oh my goodness….we’ve been on hay since October and won’t get back to pasture until mid may!

We only have to deal with our ducks and chickens up here in New Hampshire. This morning (Dec 18th), I had to shovel a path through another 8″ of Global Warming out to the pen and then to the coop, along with a path for the ducks to the pond. We have four pumps in the pond, keeping the water moving and open.
I don’t think we are ready for cows and goats…you got ’em well in hand! 😆
