Ummm! I got Cherry-o pies in the fridge. Good thing I’ve got the ingredients to make more or they would’nt have made it to Mom’s for Thanksgiving. She’s made pumpkin and pecan pies I know without her having to tell me! :)Enjoy all the goodies today!
Gorgeous! Thanks for the holiday video greeting. It’s been a difficult year for us, but your site never fails to cheer me.
Let us count our blessings…and eat more pie!
Oh Yum! That looks delicious Suzanne. Since I’m not hosting the Thanksgiving meal this year and someone else is making pumpkin pie…I’ve made your Apple Pie instead. I know it’s delicious because I made it before…not only do the pies taste good…but they LOOK good too. Thanks for the recipe! :hungry2:
Might not go well with the rum, but here is my punkin pie tip: Mix a stick of cream cheese with a little milk and sugar, spread it over the crust, then pour in the filling and bake! It is delish!
Ooooh! That looks so good. Now I will have to make one. I have in the oven now, Something very easy to make,( Caramel Butter-Pecan Bars) for dessert today. Then I will put in our small turkey.
Oh that sounds wonderful! I made pumpkin pies for the first time this year, but they’re plain. maybe next year I’ll attempt adding things to them 🙂 I also made two of my Mom’s chocolate meringue pies. Mmmmmm. Can’t wait!
Yum! I wish I had yours here. Cousin Kroger provided our feast today as hubby just got out of the hospital a week ago. It’s just 2 of us this year… all the turkey we could eat for several days… Thanksgiving heaven.
