My Spring Sky

It was so beautiful last week, after months of dreary gray, letting the ground dry up enough to grade–and now storm clouds are moving in on my blue skies. Rain, rain, GO AWAY!!

The winding view of blue is a very pretty blue!

You should post a shot like this on the Sky Watch Friday meme. That might bring in some new folks. Everyone loves a good sky and this one in WV is just stunning. It will look so different when the trees get leaves!

The weather has been beautiful here in Northern Pennsylvania. Until yesterday, we had sunny skies and the temperature was up past 70 degrees. How nice is that?! Now that it’s officially Spring, maybe we’ll see a lot more blue skies and mild breezes.

Yes! Blue sky and no rain, what a wonderful change! I am so thankful for the lovely weather we are having (northern WV) and even for the mud because it means there is no more of that nasty white stuff on the ground. :snoopy:

We had beautiful weather till yesterday when it rained all day. Last night we had a lot of thunder and lightning already!! Freaked my dog out. I noticed my one downspout is bent and the water is just pouring onto the ground instead of into the gutter. I’ve got to go up and fix that today.

Don’t forget, April showers bring may flowers.

Hey…..that looks like our view of the sky yesterday, before the storms hit! I have to say though that I DID enjoy the thunderstorms! :purpleflower: :clover: :ladybug:

Heavenly view… blue. Aren’t we lucky that skies are blue, and grass is green?! The other way round just wouldn’t be as good.

  9. Julie says:

Rain, rain go away and don’t rain on my grading parade! I hear ya! Hope you get it graded soon!

Beautiful shot. It was gorgeous here the last couple of days, even this morning. But now we’ve got 5 inches of snow and lots more coming until tomorrow night.
