:sun: Oh, be still my heart! I’m so glad they are both so happy with you! GB’s head movements remind me of a kitten – or human baby – kneading the milk machine. :sun:
Just you wait! As she gets bigger and stronger, she’ll work up such a lather while nursing that her entire face will be coated. We always laugh and get all sentimental-feeling about the milky-faced calves.
Suzanne, it isn’t just you; she really is that beautiful. I’m a little in love with her, too. I love the way she comes up to you, like you’re a second mom to her.
Ooooh, she’s sooo cute! And I love the soft, soft little moos BP makes. What a sweet mom.
Sorry if I’m asking a dumb question, but what I know about cows you could fit in a thimble. I’ve noticed that Glory Bee’s fur is much longer than BP’s. I looked up Brown Swiss online and found they have short hair as well. Is this a kind of “baby fur” or will she be a little on the shaggy side? Do you know?
Hi there! I have just recently found your website, and I love it! Such good pictures, and so many critters! I was just wondering if Glory Beee is a female, does she have an imbilical hernia? I’ve noticed it in your pictures and videos.

Jan, I don’t know. Jerseys do have horns, but Skip told me that Brown Swiss don’t, so we’ll see. He didn’t feel any buds on her head.
