It’s snowing, snowing, snowing today. Again. I think this is the most snow I’ve seen this early (before winter has even, technically, started) since I moved to West Virginia.
Poky can’t believe it.
But she does like her snow cap!
Everybody’s covered in snow.
But they come out long enough to eat.
And play.
And groom. Because even if it’s snowing, it’s important to look pretty.
If you’re a duck.

So beautiful Suzanne. It’s like that in Huntington too and my critters are covered as well. Stay warm.

A friend in the Fairfax area of Virginia has about 2 inches and it is still snowing. I wouldn’t mind having some of that here instead of the flooding we had last weekend. I love snow!

Well Suzanne, I live in Oregon and we had snow in Nove. before Thanksgiving. We are very muddy and have NO snow, Thank you Lord, but sunshine here, I’ll see if God will pour some on you when I pray.
Father in heaven, there are parts of this glorious country who would like a share of our sunshine you have graced us with. Would you please share with them also, in Jesus Name, Amen

Especially when you’re a white duck, and all that white snow makes you look not so white!

Polar cap indeed! In Mercer County, West Virginia, we already have 5 days of school closed, 3 days of delayed opening and where we live over 4 ft of snow. C’mon first day of winter, we need a break!

Ooh, poor Poky, with the icicle hanging off her eyelid! All the animals look really cold, but they have lots of warm fur or feathers to keep them warm.
I am sure lots of cookies will help too!

My goats refuse to leave their house. Seriously, there has been snow on the ground for two weeks and the only goat prints are one set that go all of a foot past the roof edge. They are so spoiled.
