I’m wrapping up revisions on my book and getting photos together onto CDs to send to my editor. Meanwhile, a publication date has been set for September 2013! The title of the book will be (big surprise) Chickens in the Road. It’s a wild, juicy adventure filled with cows, cookies, high water, and drama. And all my secrets. Along with the story (and this is a long book, by the way), recipes and crafts are also included in special sections, along with photographs. Don’t miss it. I’ll let you know as soon as it’s available for pre-order!
Also, along with appearing in two upcoming issues of Savor! West Virginia magazine, I’m also featured in an article about once-a-day milking that will be in the January/February issue of Hobby Farms. I’m all over the place! I hope Glory Bee doesn’t get a big head!

Have you ever thought of giving a writing/ how to get published seminar? Something you have been very successful with in the past. Just curious…
Hope the new calf is a lil heifer who gives her momma “payback” What breed will she/ he be?
