BP is now on her feet! Help came from READERS!!!!!!!! I will tell the whole story as soon as I can, but wanted you to know she is on her feet. I am currently involved in a subsequent problem, which is that Glory Bee is in the storage side of the barn.
But my hired man hero is on the way! Which means the horses and donkeys will also soon be back where they belong, too.

Oh thank heavens. I’ve been checking back hoping for good news. Do you have some place flat that BP can hang out in for awhile, preferably by herself or maybe with the goats & sheep even the chickens? Any place that she can push the other residents around and they can’t push her. I think maybe she is getting too old to hold her own against GB and the horses.

Forgot to add the Glory Bee looks quite at home on that side of the barn. She hasn’t forgotten her ornery ways, hope Dumplin isn’t taking notes.

Glad to hear it! Hate to think of the poor girl being stuck. I have an elderly cat that has his back legs give out on him once in a while. He is always surprised when it happens and I get so sad. He still manages though, and will until he doesn’t I guess.

Cubans have a phrase for days like this.
“Si no es Juana, es su hermana.”
If it’s not Juana, it’s her sister. 😆

OOO MMM GGG!!! How in the world did she get in that predicament! I am so glad she is OK and I know you were worried to death. I know you were scared, worried, and frustrated. It’s amazing how we love our animals. They are our friends, and a part of our family, and when something goes wrong, well…. Has your adrenaline slowed down yet?

I loved your Cuban saying StuckinMiami!!! Between Juana and her sister I guess we just can’t know what’s going to happen next! I’m going to hold onto that, I wonder if I could translate it into Polish and claim it as a Polish Proverb! ((kidding! I wouldn’t do that! No matter how tempting it may be!)) 😆
I’m betting Suzanne is going to be exhausted after today, so I for one aren’t going to look for more info until at least tommorow if not later! 😕

I missed your first post and just heard that she is up. So glad for you and her. Wow, goes to show how we all need each other. If I lived close I would have been there to do anything I could. I’ll be thinking good thoughts for you tonight on how to distribute all those animals and have all happy and less stress on you. :moo:

okay, I’ve lived the commercial, “Help, I’ve fallen and I can’t get up!”
But who do you call to say, “Help, my cow has fallen and she can’t get up?”
Is there a Bovine Life Alert button you can get for BP for when she’s alone? It’s a cinch her daughter doesn’t stop by as often, now that she has her own calf to worry about!
