Do not be dismayed by my scarcity. My Rossy is here. And I do not know when he will be back. He reporteth to a fast-attack submarine when he leaves.

    Totally understandable!

  2. Jane L says:

Yep, I figured it was Ross keeping you away – totally understandable as Bonita said. I made your homemade yellow cake today (I made it as a rhubarb cream cake) and the difference between yours and Duncan Hines is astounding! Yours is just incredible – I will never buy it again. I also appreciate that your recipes are always perfect. Thanks much.

Suzanne, mothers understand. My son is 44 years old and lives close to me. If I don’t hear from him or see him every day,I am one miserable mom.Plus, he was in the Navy when he was Ross’s age.My heart ached with pride, fear, and separation.

  4. Chickenlady62 says:

I think everyone understands….gotta get in the hugs and smooches while you can ( if he still lets you do that ?)
