I think you have to ask for it now, but I think it’s still available. (It’s kept behind the counter now as it’s one of the ingredients that people can use to make meth.) And if I was going to make a lot of soap and so I was going to buy a LOT of lye, I’d be taking a bar of soap with me for proof of what I’m doing with it.
