So sweet and peaceful, there is nothing like contentment and peace and love. I hope we all try to find more of that in this new year.

π I agree! We all need one more kitty or two this year. We have two cats for now and we love them dearly. A house is not a home until you have a cat or two or three or ??? How many do you have Suzanne? Anyways, your house must be very “homey.”
That is the perfect picture to go on a big comfy night shirt. Maybe you should put out a whole like of things with Kitten and Little on them. Mouse pads, coffee cups, night shirts, next years calendar….. π π
Maybe one day we could have a house cat…but right now our Shih Tzu’s would tear the house up trying to get to a cat! We’re trying to tame some wild barn cats that were here when we moved to the farm…for now we’ll just have to be content with those kitties. But one day! :hungry2:
I agree with Heidi533… these two are the most adorable candidates to pose for the 2011 Chickens in the Road calendar! Don’t let Clover know that I said so, though… :clover:
I’m looking at the red and white quilt the kitties are laying! It looks like it is from the 30’s! Can we see it? And is there a story that goes with it?

Our animal shelter has over 150 cats of various ages. If I lived alone, I definitely would have one. (Can you read between the lines there?) π
