This weekend they will be doing the block work for the foundation and basement. Soon–framing!!! Sooooo cool!!! Want a sneak peek at the plans? Go here. We’re building it with a walk-out basement to provide extra square footage for bedrooms and storage.

Wow Suzanne, the house is going to be great when they get it finished. :hug: Are you going to do any flower beds around the house or flowering bushes? As for the book drawing, don’t enter me. Leanne, I definitely want lots of flowering stuff around the house! I love flowers, love lots of color. I want to do a little herb garden near the house, too. The vegetable garden will be down in the meadow so I want a kitchen garden! :sheep:
