Why don’t you make the bed? Or do you? (You’d better run, LOL.)

Back Monday!

  1. Crystal B. says:

I make my bed every morning. My mom taught me to do that and I can’t stand it if the bed isn’t made. 😳

  2. Sonja says:

My excuse looks a lot like yours, except more husband-shaped. He CLAIMS he makes it to work on time every day, but he’s usually still a-bed when I leave. 🙂

  3. Minna says:

I make my bed almost every morning.

  4. RobynL says:

My excuse today was puppy wuppy and dh still in the bed when I got up. Usually it’s puppy that stays there but today I got up before dh also.

  5. Susan says:

I can’t make it due to physical limitations, but it does get made daily.

  6. alissa says:

I make my bed everyday. Just a habit and it looks and feels better.

  7. Marty says:

Hi, I’m Marty, and I’m a bed-maker. It’s not about being neat or clean, it’s more that it feels good to peel back the covers and slide in at the end of the day.

  8. Toni Anderson says:

I always make it eventually!! We slept in so it was a mad rush to get everyone out of the house this morning, everyone was late–except me

  9. Teresa W. says:

Make my bed every day also, Happy Mothers Day to all the moms out there this Sunday!:bananadance:

  10. Carol says:

I do make my bed every morning but if I had a kitty that was sleeping on it, I wouldn’t do that until it left.

  11. Karen B says:

Not a bed maker – just a quick straighten and downstairs I go, not to see it again until bedtime. :flying:

  12. Cheryl S. says:

My excuse? I’m just going to have to unmake it when I go to bed at night. 🙂

  13. catslady says:

It’s rare that I don’t have a cat on my bed lol. I fix what I can and if I ever find it empty I’ll fix it then lol.

  14. Lis says:

I’m not a bed maker. I prefer to rearrange everything before I climb into bed 🙂 besides, some days, I crawl back in with the laptop and work from there :typing:

  15. Joye says:

I was taught to not make the bed when I first get up so it can air out but to make it before I go to work.

  16. Jennifer Y. says:

I don’t make my bed because I spend most of my free time in there…not how it sounds I assure you. I lay curled up in bed reading…nowhere else to sit in my room but the bed…I have a small bedroom. Plus the bed is covered in stacks of books (with just enough room for me to sleep…LOL)…so if I tried to make the bed I would disturb the organized chaos I call “Mount To Be Read Next”.

  17. KimW says:

ooh, how cute! That would be enough of an excuse for me. I wouldn’t want to disturb the pretty kitty. Unfortunately, I don’t have a kitty and I make the bed every day. lol

  18. kacey says:

    I’m a bed maker. There I admitted it.
