"It was a cold wintry day when I brought my children to live in rural West Virginia. The farmhouse was one hundred years old, there was already snow on the ground, and the heat was sparse-โas was the insulation. The floors werenโt even, either. My then-twelve-year-old son walked in the door and said, โYouโve brought us to this slanted little house to die." Keep reading our story....

God bless

I knew right away that she’s the same breed as the “goat herding” dog that you saw. I guess you & Princess had dog envy and had to get one of your own. I was wondering how you afford all the vet bills (even just to vacinate) all your cats & dogs.

I think she is a Great Pyrenees too. Both my sister and my husband’s brother had them to guard their farms. Great dogs to guard your future Nigerian goat herd. And she will probably keep predators away from that scary mini chicken. Wouldn’t want anything to happen to him.

Congratulations on the Great Pyrenees. She’s beautiful and I’ll bet very lovable. When you get sheep they will not be afraid of her because she looks like them.
