I almost didn’t make a calendar this year. I’ve been really busy with other projects and it’s getting late in the year, but what the heck, I would miss it if I didn’t have one hanging in my kitchen!
This year, my theme is The Path Forward, making the calendar even more personal than usual, but it may also strike a chord with some of you. I keep my calendar in my kitchen and I look at it every day. My goal with this calendar is to give myself something to look at that is inspiring, motivating, encouraging, purposeful, and within all of that, gives me a warm feeling and sometimes a laugh. (Sometimes not everyone understands my sense of humor, however!)
The calendar includes previous and next month insets, and notes the standard holidays.
January.
February.
March.
April.
May.
June.
July
August.
September.
October.
November.
December
If you would like to have one, you can purchase the calendar at Lulu for $23.99 via this link: The 2013 Chickens in the Road Calendar.

How can so many be moved to tears remembering an animated goat we’ve never met? I dunno, but I need a tissue.
Best calendar yet.

Love your calendar, Suzanne! I’ve always bought my daughter a Mary Engelbreit calendar for Christmas, but living on a farm, I think this one is most fitting! I want one too!

I have been telling my sister about your site for a few years now….A couple of months ago I was at her office and had her click on your site. She is now hooked (as I am)!!!! When I opened my Christmas present from her (a few days early)(At her insistence) I was soooo excited. My present was your calendar!!! Best Christmas present ever. I too teared up when I saw Clover, but so glad to see the picture. Just wanted to share this.
I am glad you decided to make the Calendar this year!!!
