Upcoming Signings

I’m doing a booksigning this Thursday, October 17, at Taylor Books in Charleston, from 6:00 to 7:30–please come see me! This Thursday is also the same day as Charleston’s ArtWalk, 5:30 to 7:30–so come get a signed copy of my book and get free wine and snacks up and down the street! Free wine–and my book–what more can you ask for?

I have an idea.
You could ask for Maia!

Saturday, October 26, starting at noon, I’ll be signing books at the Books-a-Million in Charleston (Southridge/Corridor G)–and I’m planning to bring Maia with me! (She’ll be outside on the sidewalk with Morgan, greeting customers.)

Come see me!

P.S. If you’ve already purchased a book, BRING IT and come see me anyway! They may not let you bring the book into the store for me to sign (I just don’t know, so can’t promise that), but I will sign it for you on the sidewalk, I promise!

You can order Chickens in the Road: An Adventure in Ordinary Splendor now!

My book arrived yesterday. When I got home last night I grabbed it and began to read it- I’m having a hard time putting it down.

  2. Stacy says:

Your book came yesterday! I’m so excited to read it (but I have to finish the book I’m reading now, first). Can you come to the Hampton Roads area?

  3. prvrbs31gal says:

    Yes! Hampton Roads!!!

  4. invirginia says:

I’m in HR too, it’s the chunk of coastal Virginia down by Hampton/Norfolk/VA Beach. 😀

  5. Njoylife says:

My pre-ordered copy is due at my door Saturday. Can’t wait! If I were near I’d be at your book signing. Enjoy. Congratulations Suzanne! And give Maia a hug for me.

  6. suziQ says:

I absolutely LOVED your book & hated for it to end like everybody else! I downloaded mine from Amazon, but if I was anywhere near WV, I’d be happy to have a hard copy and get you to sign it!

  7. beckyb says:

    Any plans for Motown? :sheep:

  8. pugwaggin says:

I am in Hampton Roads also. I guess Chesapeake, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth VA are considered Hampton Roads.

  9. AnnieB says:

Wow, sure wish I lived in WV. Any plans of coming to Allentown Pa? Well, I can dream, I guess 😉

  10. ladybird_1959 says:

Suzanne, just an FYI. I’m planning to attend tomorrow evening’s book signing so I took it upon myself to call Taylor Books to see if we will be allowed to bring our pre-purchased copy of the book in. The girl I spoke with told me yes! If any other Charlestonians have purchased a copy of your book they can bring it to the signing. I can’t wait to meet you! See you tomorrow!! :snoopy: :shimmy:

  11. yvonnem says:

My book was just shipped yesterday and is supposed to arrive by Monday, so I plan to bring it to your signing on the 26th. Can’t wait to meet you again. (We met at the Studio Opening/HOP Benefit but I don’t expect you to remember me!) I’m also looking forward to meeting Morgan and Maia!  :snoopy:

  12. DeniseS says:

If I lived near you, I would be at the bookstore. Illinois is not exactly around the corner. But on the bright side, I got my email today that my book has shipped and is on its way. Yea!!!

  13. jodiezoeller says:

My hardcopy arrived at 7pm. But I already read it on my kindle because I’m not patient and wanted it right away too!
